Why aren’t Spinifex ceiling fans widely available in retail lighting showrooms?
One of Spinifex’s aims is to promote and encourage sustainable development. Currently there are limited ceiling fan options for contemporary architectural spaces, so many architects and designers are choosing not to specify ceiling fans rather than hang something practical yet out of character with the space they are creating. This is the niche Spinifex addresses, but we can’t do this effectively by being too expensive for most projects.
By embracing technology and modern online retail practices Spinifex is able to reduce our retail prices by about 30%. This can add up to many hundreds of dollars for a project requiring multiple fans. The net result is a range of designer ceiling fans employing the latest in materials section, engineering and production control at an affordable price.
