Spinifex couriers you the fan or fans you are considering so you can judge their proportions and finish quality first hand. If you don’t like some or even all of the fans or colour options you have selected then send them back for a full refund, we even pay for return shipping and our courier will pick them up from you, making it a hassle free process. A common question asked is “how can we judge how loud a Spinifex fan is when we can’t turn it on?” It is a good question because noise is a big issue with many fans. However you are at only a slight disadvantage to buying from a lighting showroom because a lighting showroom is no place to judge the noise levels from a top quality ceiling fan. All our fans will pass this test with flying colours. Also any mechanical faults causing noise are covered by our 5 year warranty. 4. Visit our warehouse: If you are based in Sydney you are welcome to come past our warehouse, but please make an appointment before you come.
